Garlic spiced Hummus

You might not be a fan of Coriander but I can assure you will be a fan of my garlic, cumin and coriander spiced Hummus. Perfect for a simple afternoon snack or to plate up at a dinner party.

Recipe:
- 1 can of Chickpeas (drained)
- 1/4 cup of Olive oil
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- A small handful of Coriander
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Method:
1. Drain chickpeas and place into blender.
2. Measure and add every ingredient to the blender.
3. Blend for 1 minute.
4. Serve with a drizzle of Olive oil and coriander or eat as is with crackers/carrots.
Serves: 5, last 1 week in the fridge.
